1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing content-poplarpath.click (“the Site”) or engaging Poplar Path Business Consulting Pty Ltd (“Poplar Path”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

Poplar Path provides business consulting services focused on team turnaround and performance recovery. Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal accepted by both parties. Information on the Site is general in nature and does not constitute a binding offer.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and layout — is owned by Poplar Path or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Site content without prior written consent.

Reports, plans, and materials we produce during an engagement remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which you receive a licence to use them internally for your business purposes.

4. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, submit false information through contact forms, or use the Site in any way that could harm Poplar Path or other users.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Poplar Path is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to consulting services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Poplar Path against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our services, except to the extent caused by our negligence or misconduct.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
