How we price our work
Every team situation is different. The figures below are starting points based on typical engagements in 2025–2026. We provide a fixed quote after an initial scoping conversation — there are no surprise invoices.
Team Turnaround Diagnostic

Includes interviews, observation, written report, and recovery plan presentation. Travel outside Brisbane metro is quoted separately at cost.
Leadership Coaching
$450 AUD per 60-minute session, invoiced monthly. A typical engagement runs 6–12 sessions over three to six months.
Package option: 10 sessions for $4,200 AUD (paid upfront, valid for six months).
Performance Recovery Programme

- Urgency (expedited diagnostics within one week incur a 15% scheduling premium)
- Complexity of reporting structures or matrix management
Payment terms
- Diagnostics: 50% deposit on acceptance, balance on report delivery
- Coaching: monthly in advance
- Recovery programmes: 40% on commencement, 30% at day 45, 30% on completion
All prices are GST-inclusive for Australian clients.
